Our entire experience with Hansen Mechanical was fantastic! We were referred to them through our home warranty for HVAC repair. Paul first came out to inspect our unit and determined we would need a full replacement (our unit was over 20 years old). Kimberly went right to work ensuring our home warranty covered all the parts in a timely manner so our install could start right away - she advocated for us and is the reason we got to install so quickly! We also got a great deal doing a furnace update at the same time.

Ian and Ethan were our techs during install. Both were super sweet, knowledgable, and fast. In one day we had a whole new system, and no issues so far. They showed us how to register our equipment for warranty coverage, so we know we will be set for the next ten years. So thankful we were referred with Hansen!
